Volunteer with DHAN Panchayat Development Foundation (DPDF)

Join the movement for deepening democracy at the grassroots

Are you someone who believes in the power of community and participatory governance? At DHAN Panchayat Development Foundation (DPDF), we welcome passionate individuals to volunteer and contribute to our efforts in strengthening local self-governance and empowering rural communities.

As a DPDF volunteer, you will:

• Support field-based initiatives in selected village Panchayats across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Odisha
• Contribute to community awareness activities on democracy, rights, and entitlements
• Assist in organising events, campaigns, and training for elected representatives and youth
• Help document success stories, community practices, and local innovations
• Work alongside experienced grassroots practitioners and dedicated local leaders

Whether you are a student, working professional, or retired citizen, your time and skills can make a meaningful difference. Volunteering with DPDF offers a rich opportunity to learn from the ground, contribute to nation-building, and be part of a collective effort to strengthen India’s democracy from the bottom up.
