SANGAMAM MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

The Sangamam Management Programme is a foundational training initiative of the DHAN Panchayat Development Foundation (DPDF), designed exclusively for Sangamam Field Associates. This structured programme equips associates with the knowledge, skills, and orientation required to anchor DPDF’s work at the grassroots.

Through interactive sessions, field exposure, and peer learning, participants are introduced to:

  • DPDF’s core programme components and strategies
  • The concept and process of Sangamams and Sangamakulamams
  • Tools for community mobilisation, facilitation, and local planning
  • Seeding concepts of participatory governance and democratic engagement

This programme plays a critical role in shaping committed, informed, and capable field associates who become the backbone of DPDF’s efforts across village Panchayats.
