Working Models

Saturating the Panchayats through DHAN Collectives

This model focuses on embedding DHAN Collectives—community-driven organizations—within Panchayats to ensure widespread participation and empowerment at the grassroots level. These collectives operate across various sectors such as agriculture, women's empowerment, and rural development, forming a robust support system within Panchayats. The goal is to engage a wide range of community members, particularly marginalized groups, ensuring that all voices are heard and that Panchayats function as true hubs of democratic governance. By integrating DHAN Collectives into Panchayats, the model creates a network of strong, community-led institutions that collaborate to address local challenges.
